Excellent customer service

Winter Heating and Air Conditioning is the only HVAC company I will ever use. They provide high-quality work at a reasonable price. I used them to replace my gas furnace a couple of years ago and have had them servicing my heating and AC unit since then. An example of how reasonably priced their work is this. I am having some work done on my patio and need to move my outdoor AC unit. I always get several quotes for all my contracting needs. I had 3 other companies come out to provide a quote for this. Two of the three were double Winter’s quote, and the third was $150 higher. Some may say that you get what you pay for and then question if their work quality is up to par. Let me assure you that their work quality is high-quality! Their customer service is a 10. Thrift technicians are always on time, answer my million questions, and take the time to put on booties when walking in my house. I will never waste my time trying to get HVAC quotes again. The best part is that I’m helping a small veteran-owned business.

Winters work was prompt and what “team work”. Temperature was well over 100 degrees in our attic they worked efficiently and quickly to get our new AC up and running. Highly recommend the Winter’s Team!!!

I had previously used a more popular heating and air service and was told I needed a new system. Because I had a home warranty, I placed the ticket & Winters heating and Air is who the warranty company sent. They checked everything out and told me my system was good. So I canceled the monthly maintenance contract with the other company & signed on with Winters Heating and Air to perform the maintenance. They performed this maintenance at the quoted price, no additional surprises. I am so happy with their service!

The crew Melvin has is top notch. They showed up on time and were eager to get to work. They completed the job in faster than expected time frame. They were thorough with the tasks at hand and left job site as it was when they started. They all had their own tasks to complete but also worked as a team helping others when needed. I highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs.
